Job Description
This year, our team is growing as we consistently increase our number of clientele. We are searching for hard-working, passionate & quality-driven team members to join our team!
Our team members start in an entry level position learning basic skills, provided with strong training and guidance supporting their quality work. Through our collaborative and nurturing work environment, our staff have the opportunity to strengthen their skills, and work towards a leadership role.
Orientation and training provided
Covid-19 Safety Policies in place
Primarily indoor work, some outdoor work during summer months
Provide cleaning and maintenance services to residential homes, and commercial short term rental properties
Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and multitask efficiently.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and attendance record.
Must be self motivated, willing to learn, and ability to work within a team
Requirements
Must have own transportation
Holds a valid G Class license
Travel required to visit each site location within jurisdiction
Must have access to computer with strong internet connection
A minimum of one (1) year cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
Customer service experience is an asset
Reliability and commitment
Must have or be able to provide a criminal record check
