WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?

We provide cleaning services that are based on flat rates. We consider a number of factors contributing to the cost (i.e. Square footage, home, service type, service frequency, add-ons, time, # of pets and people, etc..). Our prices are all inclusive so you always know what you're paying.

DO YOU REQUIRE A WALK THROUGH OF MY HOME OR MEETING WITH ME?

You are welcome to request a walk through meeting. We can sometimes process a quote simply based on the details you submitted to us (i.e. Info, needs, photos, videos, etc..). However, if we need further clarity we will contact you via email or phone to coordinate a walk through.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DAY OF THE WEEK OR TIME OF DAY?

We aim to book recurring services on a set schedule to maintain consistency for our clients and our staff. We will always try our best to accommodate specific requests regarding day of the week and time of day preferences. If we cannot accommodate we will offer an alternative option and be transparent with our availability.

I'VE NEVER HAD A CLEANER, I'M NERVOUS TO HAVE SOMEONE IN MY HOME

All of our cleaners are local hard working individuals. Many of which are moms of young kids, simply looking to help others in our community and support their own families. Our cleaners are welcoming, friendly, love pets, and look forward to meeting other local families. They have all provided up to date police checks, and regularly participate in training sessions to help strengthen our services.

I HAVE PETS IS THIS OKAY?

We love pets! We don’t mind having the company of a furry friend. However, if you have a pet that is not friendly or
scared of newcomers, we ask that you have them kept in a separate space, in their crate, or make arrangements for
them to be out of the home during our service. 

CAN I REQUEST OTHER TASKS?

If you have a specific request it never hurts to ask! We use our packages as a baseline and guide our cleaning services and recommendations. We understand every home and property has different needs, and everyone's priorities look different based on preferences or priorities.


If you find the packages don't suite your needs, we can also create customized services with the list of add-ons we offer or provide alternate options that may better suite your needs. 

DO YOU OFFER GREEN CLEANING?

We're happy to share that many of our products are biodegradable, septic friendly, and gentle enough for kids and pets. We may use tougher products if necessary for specific tasks (i.e. Inside ovens) to ensure the job gets done thoroughly. However, if you have an allergy or sensitivity we welcome you to mention this to us so we can ensure we respect these needs when we're in your home.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?

We accept Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). You may make one time Credit Card payments through your Client Hub Account, or save your information to be processed automatically after each service.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS DO YOU TAKE

Our cleaning staff take regular precautionary measures to ensure sanitization is maintained, are required to be screened prior to shift, and are required to always wear masks while in your home.
